At Comfti, we take care in selecting products that bring ease and softness into your day. Some of our pieces are made to order and shipped from around the world — this allows us to keep things slow, intentional, and affordable.

Shipping

We ship directly from our trusted suppliers around the globe. Some items are made to order, which can take a little more time — thank you for your patience 🤍

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & United Kingdom: 1–2 weeks

  • Other countries: 2–4 weeks

If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 weeks, please contact us at support@comfti.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns

We want you to feel good about what you bring into your space. If something’s not quite right, we’re here for you.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@comfti.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive something damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — with care 🤍

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.
Please note: A 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and processing costs.

Exchanges

Need something else?
Return the item you have, and once it’s accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable.
